What you'll be doing:

• Owning and growing Sidemen’s brand across all social platforms
• Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content that resonates with our fans – from memes to major campaign rollouts
• Working closely with the content, production team to amplify videos, events, drops, and brand moments
• Leading real time coverage during events, content releases, and major online trends
• Analysing performance metrics to understand what works and doubling down on it
• Keeping up with trends, memes, and moments
• Managing and growing fan engagement and community vibes

About you:

• You live and breathe social – you know what’s trending before it trends
• A great writer with a strong understanding of tone, voice, and what grabs attention
• Experience with social analytics tools and a data driven mindset
• Strong creative eye – understanding of visuals, video clips, and what performs
• Calm under pressure and comfortable working at the speed of the internet
