Stockley Park, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Open Text VIM solutions.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure VIM components including invoice capture, approval workflows, exception handling, and integration with SAP ECC/S4

HANA.

Support enhancements, upgrades, and optimisation projects for VIM and AP automation.

Provide Level 2/3 support for VIM incidents, service requests, and problem management.

Troubleshoot VIM workflows, OCR issues, and invoice processing errors.

Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, and third‑party vendors for system fixes and improvements.

Maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and process maps.

Work closely with Finance/AP teams to streamline invoice processing.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and user onboarding for VIM features.

Assist in UAT planning, execution, and sign‑off.

Contribute to SAP project delivery, ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards.

Ensure configurations comply with internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements.

• 4+ years hands‑on experience with Open Text VIM for SAP (must‑have).
• Strong understanding of P2P and Accounts Payable processes.

• VIM workflow configuration
• OCR/Capture Center or ICC/BCC
• Integration with SAP MM, FI, and Workflow
• Knowledge of SAP S/4
