Oracle EBS HCM Payroll Consultant Payroll - R12

Rate range (62 - 87) per hour in GBP. Flexibility for standout candidates.

5 days per week onsite required in London.

Start: ASAP / early March preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM Payroll Consultant to support a UK Payroll implementation (Oracle EBS R12.2) for a London-based client. This is an onsite engagement focused on functional delivery across the implementation lifecycle - from requirements through configuration, testing, and go‑live readiness.

• Lead functional delivery for Oracle EBS R12.2 UK Payroll implementation activities
• Gather and document business requirements; translate into functional design/configuration
• Configure and validate payroll setups in EBS (UK payroll focus)
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), including test planning, execution support, and defect triage
• Partner with technical teams as needed for troubleshooting and resolution during the implementation cycle
• Provide implementation documentation and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders

• Strong hands‑on experience as an Oracle EBS HCM Payroll Functional Consultant
• Experience delivering UK Payroll work (implementation experience strongly preferred)
• Oracle EBS R12.2 experience (must have)
• Proven ability to work onsite and collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and ability to operate in an implementation/project environment

• Payroll costing / GL touchpoints
• OTL/time capture exposure
• Experience supporting interfaces (bank / HMRC / 3rd party)
