* Job Description:

** Your Responsibilities
*** Act as the primary owner and administrator of Hub Spot, ensuring it is well-configured, maintained and used effectively.
* Proactively identify system gaps, inefficiencies and automation opportunities, implementing scalable solutions.
* Own data hygiene initiatives, including ongoing database cleanup and normalization
* Partner closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and CRM teams to ensure data consistency across the funnel.
* Operationally support campaign execution by building and managing lists, workflows, automations and assignment rules
* Build and maintain a trusted reporting infrastructure that accurately reflects channel and campaign performance
* Ensure dashboards and reports are actionable, reliable, and aligned with leadership and GTM needs.
* Create operational playbooks that enable consistency, scalability and knowledge retention.##
** What You Bring
*** 3 - 5+ years of hands-on ownership of Hub Spot and Salesforce
* Strong expertise in marketing automation: workflows, lead routing and campaign setup
* Solid understanding of CRM & data architecture: object relationships, field governance, data models, integrations
* Proven experience in reporting & attribution: dashboards, funnel analysis, multi-touch attribution, ROI measurement
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and system trust
* Clear communicator able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
* Collaborative, service-oriented mindset across marketing, sales and operations
* English level required: C1 / C2##
