Are you a seasoned event professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment where creativity, collaboration, and innovation are key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Event Manager for the EMEA region.

• Lead the planning, execution, and post‑event analysis of regional events across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the
  EMEA Canalys Forum in Barcelona.
• Deliver five‑star event experiences tailored to senior‑level audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define event goals, themes, and target audiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee a budget exceeding $2 million, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and strategic allocation of funds.
• Monitor and report budget status to the department head and VP of Events, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Define and implement KPIs to measure event success and impact, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Leverage data insights to make informed resource allocation decisions.
• Understand and communicate the impact of events on overall company performance.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize costs and maintain quality.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for supplier issues, fostering strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
• Identify potential risks associated with events and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

• Event Expertise: Proven experience in B2B event management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the technology sector.
