Job Description

At Telefónica Tech, you’ll join a vibrant, forward-thinking team transforming the digital landscape. As a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you’ll work on high-profile projects, driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-scale solutions. This role can be based across the UK with office locations in London, Belfast, Manchester, Glasgow, and Aberdeen.

As a Senior Dynamics Finance Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

• Working with clients to define financial processes and configure D365 Finance accordingly.
• Supporting configuration, data migration, and full end-to-end testing.
• Delivering end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs.
• Designing and delivering functional elements, including configuration and customisation without code.
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation to support successful delivery.
• Facilitating customer workshops and meetings, ensuring requirements are clearly captured and agreed.
• Providing input into solution design and validating that delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Testing, validating, and supporting acceptance testing and go-live activities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Significant experience with Dynamics 365 F&SCM – Finance and related modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Management & Accounting, and Expense Management.
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate customer meetings and workshops.
• Strong experience designing Dynamics 365 Finance solutions that align with client requirements.
• Proven ability to create high-quality documentation to support delivery and training.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to design, configure and customise functional elements within D365 without code.
• Experience testing and validating solutions to ensure successful implementation.
