Job Description
- Collaborate with regional issue and finding owners to ensure timely remediation of identified technology issues and findings to mitigate risks.
- Monitor events to understand where a failure in an IT process or service is identified as root cause or is a significant contributor in the remediation of an Operational Risk Event.
- Monitor compliance and performance of third-party technology vendors impacting the UK and Europe, in partnership with Enterprise IT TPRM services.
- Work closely with the T&O Global Security risk lead, based in Toronto, to ensure there is regional extension for risk lead activities specific to T&O Global Security.
- Analyse impact of changes in internal policies & standards, regional regulatory framework and industry standards to the IT Risk Framework.
- Ensure local technology regulations, standards, and policies are adhered to.
- Develop the local support model for regional audits, regulatory requests, and other region-specific control reviews.
- Foster business relationships to gain a clear understanding of technology platforms and products.
- Maintain strong working relationships with senior functional and business management to adequately support the business.
- Provide guidance to IT stakeholders on IT risk practices.
