As the Head of AI, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and overseeing the development of state-of-the-art speech recognition systems, NLP models, and voice-driven AI technologies. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the AI and machine learning strategy, overseeing the development of speech recognition models, natural language processing (NLP), and voice-based AI technologies.

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Direct the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of speech recognition and NLP systems.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into the company’s products and ensure seamless user experiences.

Ensure the scalability and reliability of speech recognition models, optimizing them for real-world applications across various industries.

Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying emerging trends and techniques in speech recognition and NLP to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Present technical progress, vision, and findings to the executive team, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on speech recognition, NLP, and speech-to-text technologies.

Proven experience leading AI teams and successfully deploying AI models in production environments.

Strong academic background in machine learning, computational linguistics, or a related field.

Expertise in deep learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and advanced techniques for improving speech recognition and NLP systems.

Experience in developing AI-powered products, translating complex technical solutions into practical, scalable applications.

A track record of building and scaling AI teams in a start-up environment, with the ability to set strategic direction and drive innovation.
