We are embedding AI‑driven decisioning and intelligent orchestration directly into Sales and Service workflows — enabling companies to route smarter, prioritize better, and act faster.

We’re looking for an AI Solution Consultant & Sales Engineer who can:

  • Win strategic deals alongside Sales
  • Design intelligent orchestration models
  • Translate operational challenges into AI‑powered solutions
  • Become the trusted advisor for Rev Ops, Sales Ops, and Service leaders

You will sit at the intersection of:

  • AI & automation
  • Business process design
  • Salesforce architecture
  • Revenue growth

This is a highly visible, revenue‑impacting role.

💡 What You’ll Do 1️⃣ Win New Business (Sales Engineer)

You are a core contributor to new ARR.

  • Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities
  • Lead discovery sessions uncovering operational inefficiencies
  • Position Ortoo as the intelligent decision layer inside Salesforce
  • Deliver compelling, business‑outcome‑focused demos
  • Design AI‑powered proof‑of‑concepts
  • Address technical architecture, security, and scalability questions
  • Support RFPs and complex deal cycles

You help customers see what intelligent orchestration can unlock.

2️⃣ Design AI‑Powered Orchestration

You will architect and configure:

  • AI‑assisted lead prioritization
  • Dynamic workload balancing
  • Skills‑based routing
  • SLA‑aware case allocation
  • Capacity‑driven distribution models
  • Intelligent reassignment and escalation flows

You translate business logic into scalable, Salesforce‑native automation — enhanced with AI‑driven insights.

3️⃣ Be the Orchestration & Rev Ops Authority
  • Advise Sales, SDR, Service, and Support teams on modern operating models
  • Help organizations move from static assignment rules to intelligent, adaptive systems
  • Quantify business impact: speed‑to‑lead, conversion lift, SLA adherence, rep productivity
  • Contribute to Ortoo’s best‑practice AI orchestration frameworks

Customers should feel they are working with a strategic advisor — not just a product expert.

🧠 What You Bring Business & Operational Depth
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Lead management & conversion optimization
    • Case management & SLA models
    • Rev Ops / Service Ops structures
  • Ability to connect workflow design to measurable KPIs
  • Consulting mindset with strong analytical thinking
Salesforce & Technical Expertise
  • Hands‑on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
  • Comfortable with:
    • Data models
    • Automation (Flows, logic, routing rules)
    • Security & sharing models
    • Reporting & analytics
  • Able to discuss architecture with technical stakeholders
  • Curious and excited about applying AI to operational workflows

This role requires technical credibility — not just business fluency.

Commercial & Communication Strength
  • Confident presenting to enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong demo storytelling ability
  • Comfortable navigating complex buying committees
