The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming the way customer communications are delivered and optimised. This hands-on role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of CRM projects, improve customer journeys, and bring data to life across platforms like Klaviyo and Salesforce. From delivering multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to working closely with developers and creative teams, you will help build a connected and customer-first experience across digital touchpoints.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo and Salesforce
• Strong project management skills with a technical mindset - API Integrations
• Ability to work with developers and manage integrations
• Experience with email lifecycle campaigns and segmentation
• Confident using data to drive campaign performance
