Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist / Architect – 3-6 Month Contract – Rate to be confirmed

I am supporting a local government organisation looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to design and implement a new CRM platform. With seven entities operating under one structure, this role will build a unified Dynamics environment that supports efficient customer engagement and a seamless ticketing experience for events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end to end build of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across seven organisational entities.
• Design a scalable CRM architecture with tailored workflows, automations, and data structures.
• Develop or integrate a ticketing solution within Dynamics to support event creation, bookings, payments, and customer communications.
• Integrate Dynamics with websites and third‑party systems to ensure smooth data flow.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for customer insights and event performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and support adoption.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions from the ground up.
• Strong CRM architecture, customisation, and automation expertise.
• Experience with ticketing or event‑management systems within Dynamics.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
