Location: London (Hybrid, ideally 2+ days per week in office)
We’re representing a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech delivering innovative workplace pensions for SMBs. The business is scaling rapidly, approaching profitability, and achieving strong recurring revenue, making it an exciting environment to have visible impact.
This is a high-impact interim role for a senior marketer ready to take ownership of core marketing functions, elevate outputs, and drive measurable commercial results. You’ll join a small, ambitious team and work across multiple marketing disciplines with autonomy and direct exposure to leadership.
This is a hands-on, strategic contract position designed for an exceptional marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will:
- Take ownership of performance marketing, analytics, and reporting to drive measurable growth
- Manage and elevate agency and vendor relationships across paid media, SEO, PR, website, and CRO
- Support lifecycle marketing, CRM, and content initiatives as required
- Bring structure, prioritisation, and commercial judgement to a lean team
- Deliver tangible improvements in acquisition efficiency, engagement, and overall marketing quality
- Operate independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership
This role balances strategy and execution, giving you the opportunity to make a visible, immediate impact.
We’re looking for a top-tier marketer with:
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or growth improvements
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable owning performance metrics
- Experience in VC-backed startups, scale-ups, or fast-growth environments
- Hands-on capability across performance marketing, content, CRM, and analytics
- Experience managing agencies and vendors with minimal oversight
- High judgement, low ego, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Fintech or B2B/SMB experience is a plus but not essential
This is not a standard contract; we’re looking for someone who can raise the bar immediately and deliver results from day one.
