We’re seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Corporate segment (2,000–10,000 seats). Operating in a strategic land‑and‑expand model, you will secure high‑value new business and grow accounts by introducing the full Bytes portfolio - spanning Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, data & AI, software licensing, and managed services. This role is based from our Liverpool Street office in London on a hybrid basis.

- Own the full sales lifecycle - from discovery and qualification through to commercial negotiation and close, establishing Bytes as a trusted strategic partner.
- Proven IT sales experience within a VAR, reseller, vendor, or services organisation which compliments Bytes' portfolio
- Track record of winning and growing large accounts in the Corporate or Enterprise space.
- Strong commercial acumen - able to articulate value and navigate complex procurement and stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the credibility to engage senior decision‑makers.
- A proactive, self‑driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
