Position: Digital Ecommerce Analyst - Contract
Location: Greater London

This is an exciting opportunity to support a global brand undergoing a major push to scale its digital sales operation. You will work directly with the Head of of Digital Sales and play a key role in shaping how they grow Ecommerce performance across web and app journeys.

They are a large, multinational services business operating across a wide portfolio of well-established brands. With thousands of locations worldwide and a significant volume of inbound digital demand each month, they combine the scale of a global enterprise with the fast-moving feel of a start-up. Digital performance, customer journeys and conversion optimisation are major priorities as they push towards ambitious growth targets.

The Role and Deliverables
  • Build a clear Ecommerce performance baseline and create a consistent weekly reporting approach.
  • Analyse web journeys using GA4 and Databricks, identifying drop-off points and conversion issues across core flows.
  • Deep dive into landing page issues from both paid and organic channels and highlight high-impact fixes.
  • Assess opportunities across onboarding, abandonment and upsell journeys, supporting CRM with insight-led recommendations.
  • Provide quick-turnaround analysis across web and app data, including exploration of Amplitude data where relevant.
  • Act as a close analytical partner to the EVP, shaping priorities and feeding recommendations into product and CRM teams.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong SQL capability experience querying data in Databricks.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 for web journey and conversion analysis.
  • Ability to extract actionable insights quickly in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
  • Comfortable working across both web and app data sets and advising on customer journey optimisation.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience influencing product, CRM or digital teams.
  • Bonus experience with Amplitude, Eloqua, Genesys or Qlik View.
