Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global digital upskilling strategy, initially focused on AI capability and adoption.
- Identify critical digital and AI skills required across career levels and business functions.
- Develop scalable learning solutions including structured programmes, self-directed learning, and communities of practice.
- Embed AI literacy and digital leadership into leadership development frameworks.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted learning interventions.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and ways of working across global teams.
- Champion ethical, responsible, and inclusive use of AI.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across regional and technical communities to enable successful adoption.
- Contribute to the evolution of global learning strategy, governance, and operating models.
