Dev Ops Engineer – £150,000 - £225,000 - 5 days in office
A technology-driven business is looking to hire a Dev Ops Engineer to help scale and automate its cloud infrastructure and CI/CD environments. This is a hands‑on role focused on Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, and building secure, real‑time systems.
The Role- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Packer
- Deploy and scale containerised applications via Kubernetes
- Support workflow orchestration using Airflow
- Build and maintain secure, scalable real‑time infrastructure using Kafka
- Monitor infrastructure health and improve deployment reliability
- Strong experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or similar role
- Hands‑on Kubernetes experience in production environments
- Proven Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform essential)
- Experience with Kafka and real‑time systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Database infrastructure experience (SQL Server, Postgres, Snowflake)
- Exposure to Git Ops tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, or Docker
- Cloud or Kubernetes certifications
