Search Engine Optimization Manager

is a fast growing technology platform operating in the global 3PL and ecommerce fulfilment space.

We are building a long term organic growth engine within the 3PL category and are hiring an SEO and Organic Growth Executive to help architect and execute this channel.

This is not a content writing role. This is a commercially focused growth role with direct revenue impact across both traditional search and emerging AI driven discovery.

London (Hybrid)

You will own the development and execution of our organic search strategy across high intent commercial terms.

This includes:

• Conducting technical and structural SEO audits
• Designing scalable site architecture in collaboration with product and engineering
• Mapping commercial keyword clusters and prioritising revenue driven opportunities
• Defining structured content briefs aligned to search intent
• Leading internal linking and schema implementation
• Supporting link acquisition and digital PR initiativesli>
• Monitoring performance across search engines and AI driven results
• Tracking and reporting on organic revenue and qualified registrations
• Continuously testing and optimising based on data

You will be expected to operate with autonomy and accountability.

• 1 to 3 years experience in SEO or organic growth
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
• Understanding of how AI driven search and answer engines are influencing discovery
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams
• Commercial awareness and interest in revenue impact
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Ambitious and motivated by ownership
