Build a predictable sales machine: convert inbound fast, open and progress enterprise opportunities, keep CRM as the source of truth, and drive deals to close through disciplined follow-up.
Key responsibilities (time split)Inbound (≈4h/day)
- Respond to website leads fast (call, email, follow-up).
- CRM hygiene: stage, value, probability, next step + date.
Enterprise outbound (≈3h/day)
- Target enterprise accounts (cruise, retail, tech, and other large operators).
- Run multi-touch outreach (email/Linked In/calls) with personalization.
Strategic partnerships (≈1h/day)
- Progress partners (platforms, integrators, major brands) with clear owners and next steps. Trade shows (sales-owned channel; up to ~10/year)
- Post-show: execute 24–48h follow-up sequences and convert into SQLs/demos/proposals.
- CRM is the source of truth; every opportunity has a stage, value, owner, and next action.
- Follow-up discipline: systematic, polite, persistent, measurable.
- Fact-based selling: never promise capabilities, timelines, or references you cannot confirm.
- SQLs and demos per week; show rate.
- Pipeline value & stage progression; weekly forecast.
- Proven B2B sales execution (inbound + outbound) with strong follow-up discipline.
- Confident English for US/UK/EU calls and writing.
- AI/automation for research, sequences, and admin.
