As an Autodesk & Adobe Sales Executive, you are responsible for managing software renewals, optimising licensing structures, and driving commercial growth across our two key focus vendors:
Autodesk and Adobe. You advise customers on licensing options, cost optimisation, adoption insights and expansion opportunities. You play a crucial role in retention, customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You collaborate closely with Account Managers, Presales specialists and vendor contacts to deliver high-value commercial and technical outcomes.
- Renewal & Customer Success Management: Proactively manage Autodesk and Adobe renewals, ensuring timely and accurate quotations, advising customers on adoption, usage, cost optimisation, and future needs to strengthen retention and reduce churn.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell Growth: Identify and convert licence expansion, product adoption, and workflow optimisation opportunities, leveraging usage data and roadmap insights in close collaboration with Account Management.
- New Business Development (SMB): Manage inbound leads and execute outbound outreach (phone, email, marketing campaigns) to acquire new SMB customers, qualifying opportunities using structured methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC.
- Presales & Technical
Collaboration:
Translate customer needs into technical sessions, demos, and solution-fit assessments, coordinating closely with Presales to drive successful outcomes. - Operational Excellence & Market Insight: Maintain strong CRM hygiene (logging all activity within 24 hours), build vendor and customer relationships, monitor renewal deadlines, and share market feedback on pricing, trends, and competitive activity.
- Knowledge of Autodesk and Adobe
- Strong consultative communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience with renewals or subscription-based software models is a plus
- Highly disciplined in forecasting, CRM usage and pipeline management
- Proactive, commercially driven and opportunity-focused
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with Account Management, Presales and Marketing
