A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Client Engagement Portal built on a CRM platform. This high-profile transformation initiative will enhance investor experience, streamline front-office operations, and strengthen data management across Investor Relations and Client Services.

You will play a central role in bridging business and technology, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, data-driven client solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the CRM-based Client Engagement Portal, from scoping through to deployment and adoption.
  • Define and manage scope, governance, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Front Office, Investor Relations, Client Services, Operations, Data, and Technology.
  • Manage CRM vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful system configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and rollout.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications aligned with regulatory and operational needs.
  • Drive change management and user adoption through structured training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance standards and broader technology architecture.
Required Experience
  • Proven project management experience within asset or investment management.
  • Proven delivery of CRM or client platform implementations within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of front-office, investor relations and client services workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Solid knowledge of data migration and governance principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior‑level engagement.
  • Structured, delivery-focused approach with strong documentation discipline.
