Job Description:

As Pineo’s first hire, you will own complex, data-driven Hub Spot implementations end-to-end. Working directly with the founder, you will lead CRM design, oversee technical migrations from platforms like Salesforce, and build robust third-party integrations. This is a high-impact delivery role where you will eventually shape the agency’s technical standards and client management.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end Hub Spot CRM implementations and migrations from legacy systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Active Campaign.
• Design and manage complex data architectures, including custom objects, associations, and synchronization with billing and operations tools.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating complex technical decisions into clear, actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5+ years of hands‑on Hub Spot experience with deep expertise across multiple Hubs and a track record of successful deliveries.
• Strong background in data modelling and technical integrations, including experience with middleware like Zapier/Make or custom APIs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously within a fast‑paced agency or consulting environment.
