As the Founding CTO
, you aren't just building a product; you are architecting a new category. You will lead the transition from MVP to global-scale infrastructure, balancing high-level strategy with hands‑on engineering.

You will own the technical roadmap and lead the development of a complex, multimodal ecosystem:

• Sensor Fusion: Integrate UWB/BLE, biometric data, and proximity sensors into high‑fidelity intelligence models.
• Edge-to-Cloud Orchestration: Design ultra‑low‑latency data flows and adaptive control systems for real‑world environments.
• Predictive Engine: Build the automation logic that powers real‑time safety responses for personnel and facilities.
• Security by Design: Establish robust frameworks for HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO compliance from day one.

• A Proven Builder: 10+ years of experience shipping scalable Enterprise SaaS, AI, or IoT products.
• Architect & Operator: You can design a distributed system at 30,000 feet and dive into the codebase to prototype a critical feature by midnight.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, edge computing, or multimodal analytics.
• Founder Mentality: You thrive in the ambiguity of stealth mode and are motivated by long‑term equity and product sovereignty.
