AI and ML engineers regularly earning £150k+.

Typical permanent fees around £20k.

Roles ranging from first engineering hires in early-stage start-ups through to major consultancies scaling entire teams.

The tools are modern too.

AI tools built in Replit to summarise calls and create targeted searches.

ChatGPT-based workflows to shortlist effectively from large data sets.

You’ll likely have 2+ years in tech recruitment – software, cloud, Dev Ops, data or AI/ML.

You’ll have consistent billing behind you. Stability. Evidence you can build relationships, not just spike a quarter.

You’re comfortable speaking to founders and CTOs.

You don’t need your hand held.
