As a Senior M&A Advisor, you will own the entire deal lifecycle for owner-managed businesses. Leveraging proprietary AI tools like Sage and Sterling, you will manage 5-8 simultaneous sell-side campaigns from onboarding to close. This is a high-impact role for an operator who combines financial rigor with a startup growth mindset.

• Join a founding team rethinking the M&A industry with proprietary AI technology that automates buyer matching and CIM preparation, allowing you to focus on high-value closing.
• Work directly with a successful serial founder and a team backed by world-class investors who funded giants like Canva, Space
  
  X, and Notion.
• High-upside compensation structure featuring founding-team equity and uncapped commissions tied to deal success fees, rewarding top performers who drive transaction velocity.

• Lead the full execution process for 5-8 sell-side deals, acting as the primary C-suite contact from engagement letter through to final closing.
• Orchestrate systematic, data-driven buyer outreach campaigns and manage the data room, due diligence, and negotiation phases with absolute precision.
• Build and refine operational systems within Notion to automate repetitive advisory tasks and improve the efficiency of the firm's deal pipeline.

• Has 3+ years of end-to-end M&A transaction experience in investment banking, corporate development, or business brokerage, specifically managing the full deal lifecycle.
• Demonstrates exceptional client-facing confidence and emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to guide SMB owners through complex, high-stakes life decisions.
• Possesses a startup-first mindset with high AI fluency, regularly using tools like Claude or ChatGPT to augment professional workflows and build scalable processes.
