Position: Service Desk Hero: First-Line IT Support
Location: Greater London

A leading service provider in Greater London is seeking a Service Desk team member to support incident management by accepting and recording user issues. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills with MS Windows systems, MS Office, and Citrix. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining service level agreements. Flexibility to adapt to unexpected tasks is also essential, as this position supports a dynamic IT environment.
