A global media organisation with a diverse portfolio of widely recognised news, information, and entertainment brands.

They’re building a high-calibre AI engineering team to own solutions end-to-end — from problem framing through to deployment, monitoring, and measurable commercial impact.

As an AI Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of software engineering and data science.

You’ll:

• Own AI-powered products and features from idea to production
• Turn ambiguous business problems into structured, shippable AI solutions
• Combine ML, LLMs, software engineering and MLOps into scalable systems
• Mentor others and help raise engineering standards across the AI function

This is a hands-on builder role with genuine ownership — not just experimentation in notebooks.

• ML Engineering, Applied Data Science, or AI Engineering with significant AI responsibility
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end AI/ML solutions into production
• Strong Python & SQL
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Tensor Flow)
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs & generative AI (RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, evaluation)
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and production reliability
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• AI embedded directly into a large-scale, multi-market consumer platform
• Strong focus on responsible AI, governance, and privacy
