As Lead AI Adoption Consultant, you will own the delivery of high impact Microsoft Copilot programmes across enterprise clients. This is a senior, hands on consulting role focused on driving meaningful adoption, behavioural change and long term value from AI, while also helping define the standards, frameworks and direction of the practice as it scales.

• Lead enterprise Copilot adoption programmes from strategy through to execution
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to define use cases and success metrics
• Design structured adoption frameworks that move beyond pilots into scaled usage
• Guide organisations through cultural and behavioural change linked to AI
• Be part of a specialist AI business focused purely on meaningful adoption outcomes

• Own delivery of Microsoft Copilot adoption engagements across enterprise environments
• Assess organisational readiness, maturity and change requirements
• Design and implement adoption roadmaps, training strategies and enablement plans
• Define measurable KPIs aligned to productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Support and mentor Copilot Adoption Managers and AI specialists within delivery teams
• Ensure repeatable, high quality standards across all engagements

• Proven experience driving Microsoft Copilot adoption in enterprise settings
• Strong background in change management, digital workplace or transformation programmes
• Experience designing and executing structured adoption frameworks
• Comfortable engaging C suite and senior business stakeholders
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, Modern Work and the broader AI ecosystem
• Consulting mindset with the ability to translate technical capability into business value
