As Hub Spot CRM Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s Hub Spot ecosystem - driving strategic improvements company wide. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure Hub Spot is fully optimised to deliver seamless user journeys, actionable insights, and scalable automation. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands‑on Hub Spot expert who wants to make a meaningful difference in education while building best‑in‑class CRM infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the Hub Spot CRM platform.
- Design and implement automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and segmentation strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption across teams.
- Strong understanding of Hub Spot’s Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (Service Hub is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical CRM capabilities into business impact.
- Hub Spot certifications and experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g. Zapier, Salesforce, custom APIs).
