Job Description: As the strategic lead, you will bridge the gap between traditional SEO and the future of AI-driven discovery. You will own senior client relationships, translating commercial objectives into roadmaps for SEO, GEO, and AEO. Reporting to the founders, you will define the playbook for how B2B brands win in the age of ChatGPT and Perplexity.

• Shape a new category of organic visibility using proprietary technology like Contextual Journey™ to gain a defensible advantage over traditional agencies.
• Work directly with founders in a lean, fast-moving environment where your strategic frameworks will define the company’s core methodology.

• Lead client relationships as the primary strategic contact, running structured project kick-offs with clear commercial success metrics.
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans across Technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) work streams.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans for content and technical teams while presenting performance reporting to senior stakeholders.

• 4 to 8+ years of SEO experience in an agency environment with a proven track record of managing multiple B2B client accounts.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building, with a strong desire to master LLM and conversational search optimization.
• A proactive "builder" mentality, comfortable taking full ownership of accounts and communicating confidently with senior leaders at VC-backed companies.
