Master Data & Systems Analyst

This role ensures accurate, governed and high-quality master data across enterprise systems including SAP, DEVEX, Esko, Vega and Blue Planner. You will collaborate across digital, GCC and business teams to optimize processes and support global data initiatives.

• Own and maintain master data across platforms.
• Act as go-to expert for MDM systems and workflow optimization.
• Define governance, enforce standards, monitor SLAs.
• Deliver reporting on data quality KPIs.
• Support integrations, simplifications and dashboards.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Collaborative spirit with clear, adaptable communication.
• Initiative to improve processes and embrace new technologies.
• Accountability for data integrity and governance compliance.

• Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• Hands on experience with Master Data Management and SAP ECC or SAP S4/HANA systems.
• Strong technical skills in workflow tools (Win Shuttle, SharePoint) and reporting platforms (Power BI, Snowflake).
• Advanced Excel skills - you'll be the team's spreadsheet wizard.
• Excellent English communication skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving mindset.
