Project Manager - Finance Transformation - Inside IR35
SR2 Consulting is supporting a global payments organisation in appointing an experienced Project Manager to lead a Finance Transformation initiative focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
This role will sit at the intersection of finance and technology, driving delivery across an Oracle-enabled transformation programme. You will manage stakeholders across both business and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of EPM capabilities within a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of a Finance Transformation programme within the EPM space
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across finance, technology and leadership teams
- Drive implementation and optimisation of Oracle-based EPM solutions
- Ensure effective governance, planning, risk management and reporting
- Operate within an Agile delivery environment
- Coordinate international teams and manage delivery across geographies
- Strong Project Management experience within finance transformation programmes
- Experience delivering Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives
- Exposure to Oracle (EPM / finance systems) environments
- Background in technology-enabled transformation
- Comfortable operating within Agile delivery models
- Experience working in global or multi-location programmes
