Rate/Salary: Submit at best rate in the market; lowest rate will be considered first.
Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: 4 days per week from office for the first few months and then 3 days per week from office
Start Date: Only Immediate Joiners or candidates with max 2 weeks’ notice.
Reports To: Program Governance Lead / Delivery Manager
Note: We need an Agile Scrum Master who has exp in SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities- Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
- Delivery Management
- Ensure delivery cadence is maintained and sprint goals are achieved.
- Track progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops) and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
- Escalate risks and issues promptly and work with stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.
- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain delivery cadence.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience in large‑scale transformation programs or multi‑team agile environments.
- Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
