Rate/Salary: Submit at best rate in the market; lowest rate will be considered first.

Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: 4 days per week from office for the first few months and then 3 days per week from office

Start Date: Only Immediate Joiners or candidates with max 2 weeks’ notice.

Reports To: Program Governance Lead / Delivery Manager

Note: We need an Agile Scrum Master who has exp in SAP projects.

• Agile Facilitation & Coaching
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
• Delivery Management
• Ensure delivery cadence is maintained and sprint goals are achieved.
• Track progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops) and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly and work with stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain delivery cadence.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in large‑scale transformation programs or multi‑team agile environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
