Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site product trial guidance and training, solve technical issues, and act as a technical liaison between customers and the company.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales solutions and post-sales technical support. Prepare project proposals, bids, and technical documentation.
- Gather and relay client and market needs to product and R&D teams.
- Participate in marketing events and technical exchanges with partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT/Internet companies.
- Familiar with mainstream cloud computing technologies; experience in post-sales, R&D, or O&M of medium-to-large projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for cloud native, Dev Ops, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
