HANA Program / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Project Manager to lead a large‑scale, multi‑year ERP transformation program within a global industrial manufacturing environment.
This role is critical to modernizing core ERP capabilities, stabilizing and standardizing business processes, and enabling scalable operations across multiple divisions, plants in ASPAC region.

The role requires deep SAP S/4

HANA delivery experience, strong manufacturing and supply‑chain domain knowledge, and the ability to operate confidently in a board‑visible, governance‑driven program environment.

• Lead the end‑to‑end SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation or rollout, covering preparation, design, build, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare
• Drive program and project governance, including integrated planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across IT, Finance, Controlling, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Plant Operations
• Act as the primary delivery interface to SAP system integrators, external vendors, and internal group IT teams, ensuring alignment to the global template and delivery standards
• Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and landscape stability, including interfaces to manufacturing execution systems (MES), planning systems, and other downstream applications
• Govern change management, training, and business readiness across plants and regions, ensuring operational continuity at go‑live
• Track delivery KPIs, manage scope changes, and enforce quality assurance, compliance, and audit‑ready documentation
• Provide clear, structured reporting to senior management and steering committees, highlighting risks, decisions required, and progress against milestones

• Minimum 8–10 years of IT project or program management experience, with at least one full‑cycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation or global rollout
• Strong domain experience in industrial manufacturing or process industries, including areas such as:

Manufacturing & production planning

Supply chain and materials management

Finance and controlling

Plant or site‑based operations

• Solid understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and related integration points
• Proven experience working with global templates, phased rollouts, and multi‑site deployments
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and experience operating in hybrid Agile /Waterfall delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, challenge vendors constructively, and drive outcomes across cultures and regions
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior management and board‑level stakeholders
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Project Management) strongly preferred
