HANA & Success Factors Training Lead Local Government 12 Month Contract Hybrid Working, London. Initially 2 days per week onsite, increasing during delivery phase. Inside IR35 Key streams Local Government team is supporting a major council transformation programme delivering SAP Public Cloud S/4

HANA and SAP Success Factors across the organisation. This is a significant ERP implementation with go-live dates scheduled for October 2026 for S/4

HANA and February 2027 for Success Factors. The council is seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to own and deliver the full training strategy across a diverse user community. This is not a delivery-only role. You will shape the training approach, define scope, and ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

The Role You will:
Develop and own the end-to-end SAP training strategy aligned to programme objectives. Conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis using a Train the Trainer model. Define the scale and scope of training across multiple user groups. Design and coordinate role-based training for:
Core SAP users across Finance, Exchequer, Purchase to Pay, HR and Payroll. Self-service users including

Requisition ers, Approvers, Line Managers and Budget Holders. External stakeholders including schools and suppliers. Work closely with Programme, Functional and Business Leads to drive effective system adoption. Oversee training governance, reporting and readiness ahead of go-live. About You We are looking for a proven SAP Training Lead with:
Demonstrable experience delivering training for SAP S/4

HANA implementations. Strong experience with SAP Success Factors implementation training. Experience designing training strategies for large-scale ERP programmes. A solid background in Train the Trainer methodologies. Experience working with complex stakeholder environments. Ideally within Local Government or wider public sector. The ability to translate technical system processes into clear, accessible learning solutions.
