Role Overview
The Scrum Master will support Agile delivery for VMO2 product squads, enabling teams to deliver Build + Run outcomes using Scrum / Kanban practices. The role focuses on flow, predictability, dependency management, and continuous improvement in a multi‑vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives - Enable smooth sprint execution and commitment predictability
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, burn‑down/up, risks, dependencies)
- Remove impediments and elevate blockers where required
- Support Build + Run delivery (development + production support within sprints)
- Coordinate with Product Owner, Tech Lead, and vendor teams
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity
- 5-8+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong hands‑on experience with Scrum / Kanban
- Experience in product teams (not pure waterfall projects)
- Comfortable managing dependencies across squads
- Tools:
Jira, Confluence (mandatory)
