** What you’ll be doing
** Your main accountabilities will be:
* Lead and deliver the IT work streams of the ETRM Transformation programme for the Global Products business in Trading and Supply.
* Ensure strategic IT programme planning, stakeholder alignment, risk and change management, and value realization across a complex, multi-functional IT landscape in line with Shell’s business goals, technology standards and operational excellence.
* Manage multiple interdependent work streams across business and IT, identifying and managing risks and dependencies – particularly critical to understand and manage the interconnectivity of the LoaD (Life of a Deal) applications.
* Drive the implementation of the target ETRM solution coordinating across Products, Supply, Commercial Operations, Shipping and Finance domains of the Trading business
* Integrate legacy system learnings and data initiatives into the new platform
* Oversee business process reengineering to align with new ETRM and connected portfolio system capabilities and trading workflows – facilitating agreements between different businesses on process change
** What you bring
** We seek seasoned Programme Management professionals with deep expertise in delivering complex transformation initiatives within the Trading and Supply domain, leveraging modern technologies and strong leadership capabilities.
** Key Dimensions of Proficiency:**
* ** Programme & Project Delivery:
** Proven ability to manage highly complex programmes using both agile and waterfall methodologies, spanning multiple financial years and impacting multiple lines of business, including business restructuring or operating model changes.
* ** Domain Expertise:
** Extensive experience in energy trading, commodities, or financial systems, with a strong understanding of trading operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the Trading LoaD process.
* ** Technology

Skills:

** Advanced knowledge of ETRM platforms (preferably Endur) and their implementation, alongside modern technology capabilities in AI, data, and analytics.
* ** Professional & Leadership

Skills:

** Exceptional communication, resilience, and stakeholder management, combined with the ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes and enable value creation.
