VP of AI Technology

We are working with a high growth, independent digital marketing and technology group to appoint a senior leader to own and embed artificial intelligence across the organisation. This is a pivotal, business critical role with a clear mandate to drive transformation, scalability and innovation at pace and will govern everything from operations to the client experience and how work is created.

Operating at the intersection of technology, product, creativity and client delivery, this role will shape how AI becomes a true competitive advantage across the group.

Key Requirement: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media, marketing and advertising.

Role requirements:

• Defining and owning the AI vision, roadmap and principles, aligned to commercial growth, agency product offering and client strategy
• Acting as the senior authority on applied AI, with a strong point of view on leading platforms, models and use cases
• Strong technical knowledge of how the actual tech works, what is possible and what it’s constraints are
• Driving operational efficiency and scalability through AI enabled workflows, tools and accelerators
• Embedding AI driven thinking into client strategy, planning, execution and measurement to improve outcomes
• Supporting senior client conversations, pitches and thought leadership around AI led approaches
• Establishing governance, ethical standards and risk frameworks for responsible AI usage
• Upskilling teams and fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation and results driven innovation

We are looking for a senior AI, technology or product leader with deep hands on expertise, strong commercial acumen and the credibility to influence C suite stakeholders.
