Business Development Manager (AI & Cloud Infrastructure)
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion in the ASEAN region. You will drive adoption of our AI-optimized Cloud Infrastructure and Data Center (DC) services with enterprise customers, acting as the bridge between C-suite stakeholders and technical teams to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- ASEAN Market Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-ready cloud services in Singapore and key ASEAN markets.
- Strategic Hunting
:
Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts in technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors. - Cloud & AI Advisory: Translate enterprise business objectives into opportunities for cloud and AI transformation, infrastructure modernization, and managed services.
- Complex Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations for multi-year cloud and DC service deals; develop business and technical value propositions aligned with data sovereignty and ESG regulations.
- Technical Liaison: Drive pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, and technical assessments; collaborate with solution architects to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Deal Closure & Deployment
:
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, contracts, and agreements; oversee deployment and delivery. - Ecosystem Partnership & GTM
:
Provide leadership and insights for go-to-market initiatives; collaborate with hardware/software partners, hyperscalers, and local system integrators. - Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners; manage stakeholder communications, timelines, and deliverables throughout the sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years experience in IT Infrastructure and services (BD, sales, solutioning, ecosystem management) with exposure to large enterprise clients in Singapore/ASEAN.
- Deep knowledge of cloud, DC infrastructure, end-user computing, security, and AI transformation.
- Proven success in leading complex sales cycles and delivering business outcomes.
- Strong opportunity identification, requirement analysis, and pre-sales solutioning skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented, strong learner, and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness for occasional travel within the ASEAN region.
