We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst with DaaS experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

• Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle: gathering, documentation, validation and change control across all DaaS components (including Service Now).
• Create detailed process and workflow mapping (current vs. future state), conducting gap analysis and workflow reviews across Device Services.
• Analyse and optimise Service Now workflows and operational processes, identifying efficiency and automation opportunities and control improvements.
• Facilitate the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process documentation by collaborating with operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure processes are accurately documented and ready for service transition.
• Conduct data requirements analysis by identifying the data sources, assessing the data quality, defining the required changes and documenting the data flow.
• Analyse structured and unstructured operational data to identify trends, root causes, control and optimisation improvements and automation opportunities.
• Build effective Power BI dashboards and reporting models.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in UAT planning and execution, validating developed solutions against documented requirements and supporting defect triage and resolution.

• Demonstrated strength in analysing and optimising operational processes, mapping current and future-state and managing the full requirements lifecycle.
• Highly skilled in workflow analysis and redesign within ITSM platforms (Service Now highly desirable).
• Experienced in business intelligence and data analytics tools to translate data into meaningful dashboards and insights that support strategic decision making (Power BI highly desirable).
• Hands-on expertise in facilitating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with operational teams and Subject Matter Experts to support smooth service transition.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including developing test scenarios, validating requirements, and participating in defect triage.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Understanding of Asset Management (CMDB), asset lifecycle management and ITIL frameworks.
