Job Title:
CRM Application Support Specialist (Hybrid/Flexible Working)
Location:
London
Salary: £46,500
Hours:
35 per week
Contract:
Fixed Term Contract, with potential to become permanent
- Provide technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Manage and maintain CRM environments, configurations, and solution deployments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations, including pre- and post-deployment steps, release notes, and solution management.
- Ensure strong security practices across all environments, including role-based access, data protection, and patching.
- Monitor application performance and proactively resolve incidents and issues.
- Work with Dev Ops and Info Sec teams to deliver secure, automated deployment processes.
- Maintain clear documentation for environment setup, deployment procedures, and security configurations.
- Support release management, version control, and testing activities.
- Strong experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
- Solid understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management principles.
- Skilled in troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues.
- Good understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO
27001, etc.). - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
