London: £48,988 to £67,358 per annum
National: £45,169 to £62,107 per annum

As our Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, you’ll develop and support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems (including Customer Insights – Journeys) and customers aligned to our Latimer development business.
Responsibilities- Ensure support tickets are logged, triaged, and resolved quickly, keeping customers informed of progress.
- Keep systems up to date in line with supplier releases.
- Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release.
- Ensure change is managed safely by following our change & release process.
- Help design and implement new solutions with guidance from technical leads and solution architects.
- Take the lead in planning, developing and supporting Dynamics Sales and Marketing technical solutions, prioritising quality and resilience.
- Write plugins, business process workflows, manage Microsoft Power Platform services, build solutions, administer release pipelines, and customise Dataverse.
- Support the Functional Consultants by sharing knowledge and advising on best practice.
- Develop, extend, implement, document and support the Clarion Dynamics Sales and Marketing systems and associated services.
- Create technical design documents and knowledge base articles.
- Experience in supporting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing solutions.
- Experience translating business problems into appropriate technical solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform services, building solutions, administering release pipelines, customising Dataverse, writing plugins, business process workflows.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification or equivalent experience.

This is a hybrid role with a base location offered at one of our offices across England. Candidates are expected to work from their base location office at least 2 days per week and may need to work from a main office once per month. Occasional travel may be required.
