This is a high-impact role within a flat structure, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key part in shaping how work is delivered to clients.

Senior Data Consultant - Operations & Delivery

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + bonus

We are hiring a Senior Data Consultant to lead delivery across consulting and product-led engagements.

The business focuses on improving operational efficiency through data, analytics and automation, alongside the development of scalable software products used across asset-heavy and property-focused industries.

This is a high-impact role within a flat structure, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key part in shaping how work is delivered to clients.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data-led consulting and product engagements
• Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing senior stakeholders
• Build delivery plans, manage timelines and coordinate multiple work streams
• Work closely with data, engineering and product teams to ensure alignment
• Own execution quality and ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes
• Support new business by shaping proposals and helping win work

• 4-5 years' experience in consulting or a delivery-focused data environment
• Strong project leadership skills across analytics, automation or efficiency programmes
• Confident working with technical teams (data, engineering and product)
• High emotional intelligence and credibility with senior stakeholders
• Ambitious, organised and motivated by building something new

• Initial 30-minute interview
• 1-hour in-person interview
• Final stage if required
