Infrastructure​/Hosting Lead - Redhat, Vmware, Kubernetes, Azure

Infrastructure lead/Infrastructure Architect/Devops Lead.

This role is suited to a hands-on Infrastructure Team Lead ready to take ownership of core infrastructure platforms while operating within a Dev Ops model. The position is responsible for maintaining a stable, secure, and high-performing environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and appropriately resourced.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset. Experience working in Agile environments and strong Scripting knowledge are essential.

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee Linux (Red Hat), VMware vSphere, enterprise storage, and Kubernetes platforms.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure across cloud (Azure) and on-prem environments.
• Drive automation and orchestration using tools such as Power Shell, Ansible, Git, and Terraform.
• Ensure network reliability across Firewalls, routing, switching, and WAN/LAN environments.
• Contribute to technical strategy, risk management, and architectural planning.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support evolving business priorities.

• Advanced administration of Red Hat Linux and VMware vSphere.
• Strong experience with enterprise storage and Kubernetes.
• Hybrid cloud expertise (Azure + on-prem).
• Proficiency in Scripting and Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, automation).
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of Windows Server technologies and disaster recovery practices.
• Ability to manage change and translate complex technical concepts clearly.
