Chief Technology Officer – Brand Services (Division CTO)
Location: Europe (UK or France preferred)
Travel: Regular travel to the US & MENA
Reporting to: CEO, Brand Services Division
Revenue Scope: €600m+ | Marketing Services & Fulfilment Solutions
At Paragon Brand Services, we help brands perform — at scale, in‑market, and our Brand Services Division continues its transformation, technology is no longer a support function. It is a growth engine.
We are now seeking a Chief Technology Officer – Brand Services to architect, lead, and embed technology at the heart of our client offers, operations, and data‑driven decision‑making.
This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping how Marketing Services and Fulfilment Solutions evolve from execution‑led services into intelligent, measurable, performance‑driven platforms.
The RoleThe CTO – Brand Services sits at the intersection of technology, client value, and execution.
As a core member of the Brand Services leadership team, you will:
- Translate divisional strategy into scalable, monetisable technology platforms
- Embed technology directly into client offers — not as IT initiatives, but as business‑critical products
- Build the foundations for autonomy, speed, and international scale
- Co‑lead innovation alongside the Growth & Innovation Director
- Lead and federate a decentralised, international technology community
You will work in close partnership with the CTO Outsourced Services, while retaining full ownership of Brand Services priorities.

- Lead People, Governance & Partnerships
- 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles within B2B services, marketing, digital, supply chain, or adjacent sectors
- Proven track record of technology‑enabled business transformation
- Strong expertise in platforms, data, cloud, automation, and modern architectures
- Experience operating in complex, multi‑country environments
- Marketing Services experience is a strong advantage
- Deeply business‑oriented, with a clear focus on client value creation
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and transformation contexts
- Able to connect strategy, architecture, and execution
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leader
- Strong communicator, able to engage executives, clients, and partners
- A strategic CTO role, not a traditional IT position
- Direct impact on €600m+ of revenue across international markets
- Technology as a differentiator — not a support function
- A seat at the leadership table during a major transformation phase
