We are partnering with a global agency that produces commercials and digital content for some of the largest brands worldwide to hire an Chief Technology Officer – Digital Experience & AI Platforms, an Executive Committee-level role reporting above the Global Chief Product & Technology Officer.

This is a board-facing, high-impact role responsible for making AI- and Generative AI-powered technology a core commercial growth engine. You will define and drive the organisation’s AI, GenAI, and platform strategy, lead senior client technology engagements, and translate complex AI, GenAI, data, and cloud capabilities into compelling business outcomes and pitch-winning demos.

You will oversee architecture, innovation, engineering strategy, and responsible AI governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and commercially viable AI solutions that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships, and position the agency as a market-leading AI-powered production partner.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the gravitas to influence the CEO and executive committees.

• Define and execute enterprise-wide AI, GenAI, and platform strategy at the Executive Committee level
• Lead senior client technology engagements

• Build and deliver AI- and GenAI-powered demos and prototypes that drive commercial wins
• Oversee architecture, innovation, and engineering strategy to ensure scalable and secure solutions

We are looking for a senior technology strategy leader from a top-tier global network agency, consulting or technology environment
, with experience leading enterprise-scale AI, platform, and cloud initiatives

You will bring:

• Deep experience in AI, GenAI, data platforms, cloud, and Mar Tech ecosystems
• Strong architecture background (enterprise / solution architecture)
• Proven senior client-facing leadership and pitch ownership
