SAP FICA Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA Consultant to support the design, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality SAP solutions, primarily within Utilities / IS‑U environments
.

• Lead and support SAP FICA configuration including:
• Contract Accounts
• Business Partners
• Dunning, Payments, Collections, and Correspondence
• Interest calculation, Clearing, and Write‑offs
• Configure and manage integration between SAP FICA and SAP FI‑GL, FI‑AR, FI‑AP
  , and SAP IS‑U modules.
• Support end‑to‑end business processes such as billing, invoicing, posting, and revenue accounting.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops
  , prepare functional design documents, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Support testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and resolve defects.
• Provide production support
  , issue analysis, and root‑cause resolution.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams for RICEFW developments and enhancements.
• Support data migration
  , reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial, audit, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP FICA (mandatory).
• Experience working in SAP IS‑U / Utilities projects is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting processes and integration points.
• Experience with Dunning, Collections & Disbursements
  , and Mass Activities.
• Exposure to S/4
  
  HANA Finance is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• SAP certification in FICA / IS‑U / S/4

• Experience in UK or European utility markets
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Experience working in Agile / SAP Activate methodology
