We’re looking for a hands‑on AV Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality support across meeting rooms, conferences, and live events. You’ll be the go‑to person on site for anything audio‑visual — making sure every meeting, webinar, and hybrid session runs smoothly.

This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, staying calm under pressure, and working closely with users at all levels.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the primary AV support technician on site
  • Preparing rooms, testing systems, and supporting users before and during meetings
  • Setting up and operating AV equipment (displays, microphones, speakers, control panels, VC systems)
  • Supporting MS Teams, Zoom, Webex and hybrid meeting setups
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and providing preventative maintenance
  • Supporting live and recorded events, including streaming and post‑event media management
  • Working with IT and Facilities on multi‑site events and system rollouts
  • Helping create training materials and best‑practice guides
  • Completing daily “ready for business” checks
  • Assisting with meeting room layouts and furniture setups
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in an AV Technician or similar role (corporate/professional services ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems and video‑conferencing platforms
  • Familiarity with control systems such as Crestron or Extron
  • Confident communicator, comfortable supporting users at all levels
  • Calm, proactive and solutions‑focused
  • Willing to work a rotating shift pattern, with occasional out‑of‑hours support and travel
Working pattern
  • On‑site in London, 5 days per week
  • Rotating shifts typically between 7:00am and 7:00pm
  • Occasional evening work to support events
