Job Summary
Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is hiring an IT Support Apprentice for a 2‑year fixed‑term contract in London, United Kingdom. The role will be based primarily in Bromley By Bow but may include travel to other UK venues or offices and occasional weekend support during festivals.
Our offices will be closed from Monday, 22nd December until Monday, 5th January 2026. We will review all applications after that date and respond accordingly.
Duration: 24 months (2 years)
Hours: 40 per week, with potential nights and weekends
Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level (Level
3)
- Be the professional point of contact for internal and external customers, receiving and prioritising support requests in a pleasant, efficient manner.
- Log all calls, escalating when necessary, and keep customers informed of progress.
- Collaborate closely with other support teams to route requests when the Service Desk cannot resolve them.
- Execute daily tasks according to agreed procedures and shift rotation.
- Perform hardware builds and installations as required by senior team members.
- Complete individual learning records on time, meeting the standards set by the apprenticeship provider.
- Minimum of 5 A*‑C GCSEs, including Maths and English (higher qualifications accepted).
- Basic knowledge of current operating systems:
Windows 7/8/10 and macOS. - Basic familiarity with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
- Interest in hardware troubleshooting, especially Dell, Apple, and Lenovo.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to bring ideas to the team.
- Organised, diligent and thorough.
- Ready to acquire new skills and apply them.
- Methodical problem‑solving approach.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, confident and personable.
- Courteous and friendly demeanour.

The successful candidate will complete workplace activities and regular assessments covering:
- Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3
- MTA Networking Fundamentals
- MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals
- MTA Cloud Fundamentals
- One Microsoft MOC (mandatory course)
